PRP, Indianapolis, Indiana, has completed the acquisition of NPP Packaging Graphics Specialists INC., a pre-press and flexographic printing plate provider also based in Indianapolis.
What happens next?
NPP will transfer all operations to PRP's Indianapolis Location upon close of the transaction, but will retain the manufacturing rights of its subsidiary, Innovative Plate Solutions' "CusionCore®", a proprietary compressible photopolymer printing plate. PRP will become the distributor of CusionCore® along with its product line-up, which includes Digital Expect.
