PRP is proud to announce key leadership changes as part of its continued commitment to delivering industry-leading service and fostering long-term relationships with customers and partners.
After a distinguished career spanning more than four decades, Dave Norton, current Sales Manager, has announced his retirement. Dave has been an integral part of PRP’s growth and success, and his knowledge, leadership, and dedication have left an enduring impact on the company and its customers. “We would like to thank Dave Norton for his leadership and dedication leading our Sales Team for the last 12 years. Dave has been a fixture in the printing world for 40+ years. His knowledge and passion for the flexographic industry are unmatched, and we wish him a wonderful, fulfilling retirement,” said Kellie Green, President/Director of Sales.
In alignment with PRP’s strategic direction, PRP is promoting two current members of its team to joint leadership positions, relative to both Sales and Customer Service.
Blair Miley, currently Customer Service Representative (CSR) Manager, will now serve as Manager of Sales and Service. Blair will manage the daily execution of printer-specific projects, along with coordinating Sales and Customer Service strategies for our wide-range of printer partners. Miley has continued to develop and cultivate strong relationships with printers during his 8 years serving as both a CSR and CSR Manager. “I’m thrilled to take the next step here at PRP and work alongside our incredible team to strengthen our position as a leader in Pre-press and Flexographic Plate Manufacturing for the Graphics and Packaging industry,” he said. Miley’s extensive experience and leadership across customer engagement and project execution make him uniquely suited to help lead this integrated team.
Additionally, Blake Caudill, currently serving as Brand Relationship Project Manager, will transition into the role of Manager of Sales and National Accounts. Blake will be responsible for strengthening and expanding PRP’s relationships with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) clients. His deep understanding of branding, supply chain management and project management will be instrumental in driving continued growth and innovation in this critical area. “I’m looking forward to building upon and expanding our CPG partnerships, helping assist them to be the first to stand out on shelf, with the understanding that it is not only about the look, but bringing a vision to life in the physical world.” Caudill said.
“These leadership changes mark an exciting new chapter for PRP,” stated Green. “As we celebrate Dave’s incredible legacy, we are also looking to the future with confidence. Blair and Blake bring proven experience, vision, and a passion for service that will help us continue to exceed customer expectations and deliver world-class results.”
